Every item is a decision with a recommended action
A notification is a dead end: "vendor bank account updated." So what? The AI Inbox turns that same event into a decision: "a vendor changed its bank account before a sixty-one thousand dollar payment; recommended action: hold and verify out-of-band before releasing funds." It does the same for a payroll run that jumped fourteen percent, a commission that ran past plan, or a margin that dropped eight percent. Each arrives with the reasoning, the dollar exposure, and what to do about it.

Built on the real governance spine
The AI Inbox is not a bolt-on alert feed. It builds on the governance decision endpoint that already runs today: any AI agent calls it before a money move, and it runs live OFAC SDN screening, delegated-authority and budget checks, and a vendor-bank-change anomaly check, then seals every verdict to a tamper-evident, recomputable evidence ledger. How is it different from alerts?
An alert reports that something happened and stops there. The AI Inbox interprets the event, attaches the exposure and reasoning, and recommends what to do, so you act on a judgment call instead of triaging noise.
