Pricing, mapped to your stack.
You turn on only the modules you use - and payroll stays a separate rail, never folded into your base plan. Your advantage comes from replacing the tools you already pay for. No annual lock-in, full data portability. Fintra is in early access, so we scope a plan against your current stack on a short call - tell us what you run today and we will map it.

Where the advantage actually comes from
Fintra replaces 5-7 tools - accounting, budgeting and forecasting, AP and AR, commissions, sales tax, controls and continuous assurance, cash intelligence, and your industry workflow - rather than undercutting anyone on payroll. Payroll stays a separate rail, never folded into your base plan as an expensive line.
Payroll Intelligence is the product. Execution is a replaceable box.
The hard, valuable part of payroll is everything around the money movement - and it is the part no payroll company owns end to end. Fintra owns it. The actual pay run is one swappable step at the end: connect the provider you already use today, move to an embedded partner when the economics work, and keep the option open to own the rail at scale.
Payroll Intelligence
The layer Fintra owns
One governed workflow from an employee change all the way to audit evidence - so the pay run is right before it ever runs, on any provider.
Catches what a payroll tool cannot see
- Out-of-policy raise detected before it reaches a pay run
- Commission overpayment caught against the plan, before the run commits
- Payroll cash-requirement forecast - what is due, and the date it lands
- Terminated employee still marked active on the next run
- Overtime variance by location, flagged against the trailing norm
Payroll Execution
One replaceable box - a separate rail, never bundled
Keep the payroll you already use - Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll, ADP, Rippling, or Paychex. Import each run by CSV and Fintra posts the payroll journal to your ledger, reconciles it, forecasts the labor cost, and layers controls on top. Your provider still runs the deposits and files the taxes - Fintra does not. Automated connectors are in development.
- Bring your own provider - no rip-and-replace to start
- Fintra posts journals, reconciles, forecasts, and adds controls
- A separate rail, never bundled into your base plan
How execution evolves
Bring your own provider - import each run by CSV today; automated connectors are in development. Fintra reads the run and owns everything around it.
A pay run executed through an embedded partner, available when a provider gives us favorable embedded economics. Roadmap.
Evaluate owning payroll infrastructure once volume justifies it. Option kept open, deliberately not promised.
You run payroll on the provider you already use - Fintra delivers the intelligence, controls, and accounting around it. Calculations, tax filings, direct deposits, and remittances are done by your provider, not Fintra; today Fintra works from your CSV import, with automated connectors in development. Fintra computes, controls, forecasts, and records - it does not file taxes or move money.
How payroll works commercially. Payroll Intelligence is part of the platform; your payroll provider’s own charges apply separately. Native Fintra payroll is in controlled development (Texas first, shadow mode). Talk to us and we will scope it with you.
Modules you can add to any plan
Turn on only what you need. Each module is licensed on its own, so you are never bundled into what you will not use. The payroll rail (import + assurance) stays separate from your base plan. AI usage is metered transparently with a quota you control.
Not sure what you need?
Tell us the tools you run today and we will map the shortest path onto Fintra, and tell you plainly what is live now versus what is still on the way.
