When an offer is accepted in Fintra’s ATS, the onboarding packet triggers automatically and the candidate becomes an employee record with no re-keying. Hiring and onboarding are one continuous flow rather than two disconnected tools.

Does it handle document verification?

Yes. Onboarding collects and verifies required documents (I-9 / right-to-work style checks), flags anything missing or inconsistent, and gates activation until requirements pass - with the whole trail retained for audit.

Can I customize onboarding per role or location?

Packets are configurable, so a role in a new state or country can carry the right documents, tasks, and provisioning steps. Multi-state and multi-entity needs flow through to payroll setup as well.
