One tower, a different view per seat
A CEO, a Controller, and a Board member do not need the same screen. The CEO needs the top few risks and the growth-versus-runway call; the Controller needs the reconciliation exceptions blocking the close; the Board needs the risk posture and the decisions that were made, with evidence. The Executive Control Tower gives each role its own view over the same governed data: built around the decisions and risks that seat owns, not a generic dashboard everyone squints at.

Because finance, people, and governance run on one shared data model, every role view is a filter over the same ranked decisions rather than a separate report to reconcile. The risk score a CFO sees on a payment is the same score the CEO sees rolled up and the Board sees summarized: one scale, one source, different altitudes. Switching seats changes the lens, not the truth underneath.

What is the Executive Control Tower?
It is a set of role dashboards (for CEO, CFO, Controller, Operations, and the Board) that lead with the decisions and risks each seat owns rather than the same reports for everyone, all over one governed data model.
How is it different from a BI dashboard?
A BI dashboard shows metrics and leaves interpretation to you. The Control Tower is organized around decisions: each role view surfaces the few things that need a call, ranked, with reasoning, and ends in a verdict or next action.
Is the Control Tower live today?
Role-tailored views partly exist: the Executive Cockpit already provides a per-domain persona filter over ranked decisions. The full multi-role tower across CEO, CFO, Controller, Operations, and Board is on the roadmap.
Do the different role views stay consistent?
Yes: each view is a filter over the same ranked decisions on one shared data model, so a CFO, a CEO, and the Board see the same underlying event at the altitude that suits their seat, not separate numbers to reconcile.
