What the live monitor gives recruiters
Automated screening only helps if recruiters can supervise it. Fintra’s recruiting cockpit shows interviews in progress, surfaces ranked and scored outcomes as they finish, and puts the advance-or-reject decision in a human’s hands with the evidence attached.
- Live view of interviews in progress, with the ability to step in
- Ranked outcomes with per-dimension scores and quoted evidence
- Integrity flags surfaced inline so risky sessions get a human look
- One-click advance, hold, or reject with a logged reason

Frequently asked questions
Do recruiters have to watch every interview?
No - that’s the point. Interviews run on the candidate’s schedule and arrive scored and ranked. Recruiters spot-check the live view when they want, review the ranked shortlist with evidence, and only dig into full transcripts for close calls or flagged sessions.
Can a recruiter override the AI ranking?
Always. The ranking is a recommendation. Recruiters can advance a lower-ranked candidate or reject a high-ranked one; the action and its reason are logged. The system is designed so a human is accountable for every hiring decision.
What happens when a session is flagged for integrity?
Flagged sessions are held and surfaced to the recruiter with the specific signal (impersonation, deepfake indicators, answer injection). Nothing is auto-rejected - a human reviews and decides, so genuine candidates caught by a false positive can still proceed.
Does this replace the hiring manager panel?
No. It replaces the unstructured resume-and-phone-screen top of funnel and hands managers a ranked, evidence-backed shortlist. Final-round human panels and manager judgment stay exactly where they are - better informed and less overloaded.
